Terms of Service
If you are interested in commissioning me, please read.- Contact me on Instagram (@sneakunderthemoon) or via email ([email protected]).
- Commissions are first come, first serve. If you happen after, you can be put on a waitlist.
- Please provide drawing/photo references, I can't draw something coming from your mind from description only, and describe as much as possible the character’ personality.
- All payment will be through PayPal upfront. Non-refundable after the sketch validation, excluding special circumstances, or if I fail to do my part.
- The price can vary depending on the complexity of your request. I do not charge for accessories that fit in the hands (cigarette, cup, umbrella, guitar, etc.) but a plus will be asked for everything that makes up the decor or the environment where the character is located.
- I will only start the commission after the payment is completed.
- I have 3-5 weeks to finish your commission. I’ll keep you in touch in case of problem or delay.
- If you have a deadline, I’ll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.
- The process is done through 3 check-in (sketch, line art and flat colors stages).
- Maximum of two major revisions are allowed in the sketch part. Then only a few minor that do not alter a large part of what’s already done.I’m allowed to deny any commission that go against my personal morals, if I feel it’s above my skills level or any other reason.
Commissions are for personal use only. Anything non-profit. For commercial use the price will change.Final piece sent via email.I have the right to use the finished work in my portfolio.
The rights to the illustrations belong to me.
I will not alter my art style or copy someone else’s.
Do not edit my work, resell it, claim it as your own or remove my signature in any way.
